    Really annoying to click on a tee time that shows as available, type in all my information within the time allotted and then be told it was taken. This happened twice. I tried to call to straighten this out only to be get stuck in your automated system loop. Terrible: F

    I have booked a 10:20 tee time for Tuesday, Feb 28 for 4 golfers. I have two free passes. How much ahead of our tee time should we check in? Are range ball included? Is there any other information that we should know prior to our round? Thank you.

      Hello Tony. Yes range balls are included. If you want to hit some balls first we would recommend 30 minutes prior to your tee time.

    Trying to book a the 8:40am tee time for 4/22/17, but your site won’t open that booking so that I can proceed. Would like to book for 5 players, but can call a week before to see if we can do 4 or 5. Please advise on the on-line booking issue.

    Why do I need to post information in order to get a confirmation. I am probably going to get charged twice because I didn’t know if I was confirmed. Initially when I checked my bank account I did not see the initial charge taken out, therefore with a confirmation from you I resubmitted the tee time request which was the sole Tee Time around 10:40 am for tomorrow.

    we booked a tee time at 11:00 on Sunday Jan 28th – 2 players – Piersols and I received a confirmation # of 315025265 but how do we get a print out of the confirmation to show the course when we get there

    I just asked cancellation of tee time(8:00am on March 26, 2018) as confirmation #315634127 on the phone and got a verbal confirmation that it’s been cancelled as per the request. Can I have cancellation letter by email?

    Hello, I’m trying to book three times and the site is only letting me book one. It tells me the next tee time is available and after I go through the registration process it says the tee time is not available. I tried six tee times before and after the only booked time of 9:10 AM. Confirmation # 315918538. Will someone please assist? Thank you.

    I bought two copies of the Avid Golfer 2018 Hill Country edition coupon book. I made my tee time online for Wed, Apr 4th without having the coupon book in hand. Then I read the disclaimer about “No other promotions may be applied.” Did I screw things up in assuming the discount could be applied when we arrive and make final payment on the play date?

    We are needing a tee time for the afternoon of May 1st, 2018 if at all possible for 3-4 players anytime after 1:15 pm. I noticed there are no tee times available in the afternoon as you must be having an event of some kind. If at all possible, please put us on a call back and/or waiting list for any possible openings in the afternoon.

    I’m trying to book a tee time for October 21st. Website says up to 180 days out a tee time can be booked. Pro shop said Oct. 21st looked good for booking tee time. He can’t make it for me because his system won’t let him. Tried again online… says no tee times available. We are traveling from California and would like to make an early tee time. Please advise?

    I saw you have tee times as late as 630 for 18 holes with a cart. The golf course hours say its open until 8 pm, would i be expected to be done by 8? I assume it would take 2 of us with a carr 2.5-3 hours to finish 18.
